Bring a new atmosphere to your kitchen with our sleek, Heritage black forest oak worktop décor.

A dark, opulent black shade, this laminate décor brings the look of a solid wood worktop into your home without any major investment.

Thanks to our fusion texture technology, our rustic laminate worktop surface not only looks the part but also has an authentic woodgrain texture to the touch.

Available in either a square edge or post-formed option, you can choose from a thickness of 25mm or 40mm with three sizes available.

Prices begin at just £98.70 ex VAT for our kitchen worktops, with matching kitchen splashbacks and upstands also on offer.

Are your worktops made from solid wood?

No! Heritage kitchen worktops are a direct laminate alternative to solid wood.

They are constructed from a furniture-grade chipboard core and then faced with high-quality, decorative HPL (high-pressure laminate).

What is the difference between a square edge and post-formed edge profile?

There is no comparison in terms of product performance when it comes to selecting your edge profile, however, it does determine the style of your kitchen.

A square edge profile has a very crisp and clean-cut shape and is suited to more modern kitchen refurbishments.

As the name suggests it keeps its square shape and is then finished with polypropylene edging to cover any exposed wood.

Meanwhile, a post-formed edge profile is more of a traditional and formal choice.

Worktops will be shaped with a smooth, curved edge, and laminate is then formed to the shape with the use of heat.

How do you clean oak countertops?

Unlike solid wood worktops or solid surface worktops, a laminate work surface only requires minimal maintenance.

Any stains or grease can typically be removed with just the use of a wet cloth and mild detergent.

Can you put hot pans on oak worktops?

No! Laminate will burn and disform over extended heat exposure, resulting in major damage to your kitchen worktop surface.

We recommend using our worktop protector rods.

These will not only give you extended working space whilst cooking but will also protect the laminate and prevent any heat damage.

What warranty is available on your laminate wood worktops?

All Heritage worktop products are covered with a lifetime warranty.

Accessories required for installing laminate oak worktops

For a professional result, we recommend the use of our bespoke match ColorFill sealant and spatula when joining two mitred worktops together.

Alternatively, for a quick fix, we also stock a range of worktop trims within our kitchen accessories section.

One-metre edging strips are also available to buy to cover any exposed edges should you need to cut the length of your selected worktop.
