Where can I view samples of your worktop range?

Our full range is available to view in all seven Rearo branches, alternatively you can request a sample online, free of charge, to be delivered straight to your door.

 

Will hot pans damage my worktop?

Avoid placing hot pans directly onto the laminate surface as this can damage the worktop. Always use heat mats/trivets. We also recommend specifying hob bars adjacent to hob for guaranteed protection across the kitchen worktop.

 

How do I care for my worktops?

To clean your laminate surface, mild detergent or hot soapy water is the only maintenance usually required. Always read the label on cleaning products to check for suitability with materials.

 

Is my worktop covered by a guarantee?

Yes, all our worktops are covered by a minimum 10-year guarantee. Please refer to individual ranges for accurate figures.

 

Can shower panels be used as a kitchen splashback?

Yes- Selkie Board offers a great alternative to tiles in the kitchen, ensure that the are a minimum of 55mm for the back of the hob. Selkie Board in Class II fire rated

 

Do you install kitchen worktops in my area?

Unfortunately, we at Rearo no longer offering a fitting service. However, our branch managers may be able to suggest installers through our trade card list.

 

Is it possible to get a splashback/upstand in the same laminate as the worktop?

Matching back panels and upstands are available to match all Senses worktop decors.

 

Damaged Deliveries

In the unlikely event of a damaged worktop or accessory being delivered, a photograph should be taken immediately, and delivery paperwork should be marked as goods received damaged. This should then be reported to the Rearo sales team by phone immediately and confirmed via email, with accompanying photos within 24 hours. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods at the earliest possible date.
