Clixeal requires no adhesive and is easily laid over any suitable flat solid floorboards. This simple floating floor system clicks together via its built-in tongue and groove edge, requiring no messy silicones or sealants. Planks and tiles are easily cut via repeated scoring with a sharp knife, making it an ideal DIY product.
And, unlike traditional click vinyl flooring, Clixeal has a built in 1mm acoustic underlay that not only removes slight sub floor irregularities but offers improved 20db sound reduction. This product also has a high slip resistance, achieving a DIN 51130 R10 rating.

The Clixeal Range carries a 10-year guarantee against all manufacturing defects subject to normal usage and correct installation.
Please note: Clixeal is a floating floor system that is not designed to be glued down. Like all vinyl and laminate floating floors, it naturally expands and contracts with changes in temperature - a process called thermal expansion. Therefore, we recommend a 5-10mm gap be left around all flooring perimeters (usually hidden beneath skirtings or kitchen units.) It is for this reason we do not recommend Clixeal for use in areas which may experience excessive changes in heat such as properties with underfloor heating systems installed or in very sunny conservatories.
